Ingredients:

- 4 each Boneless Strip Steaks
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano -- chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
Instructions and Comments:
Rub steaks with oil, oregano, salt and pepper place in glass dish or plastic bag. Add remaining ingredients
Marinate for 2-4 hours. Remove and discard remaining marinade. Place on
med-hot grill for 5-7 minutes total, turning twice. Serve with rice, beans
and tortillas
