Carne Asada

Ingredients:

    Serving Size : 4
  • 4 each Boneless Strip Steaks
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano -- chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar

Instructions and Comments:

Rub steaks with oil, oregano, salt and pepper place in glass dish or plastic bag. Add remaining ingredients Marinate for 2-4 hours. Remove and discard remaining marinade. Place on med-hot grill for 5-7 minutes total, turning twice. Serve with rice, beans and tortillas
