Ingredients:
- 1 each, Ten to fifteen pound Turkey
- 15 cloves of fresh ground Garlic.
- 1 cup of soy sauce
- One cup of melted butter.
- Four Tablespoons of Red Pepper powder.
- Four tablespoons of Hot chinese mustard.
- Two and 1/2 gallons of peanut oil.
Instructions and Comments:
First Buy a Turkey Fryer.
Put the peanut oil into the fryer and fire up the fryer.
Heat the oil to 300 degrees.
Blend the ingrediants and inject the turkey with a
Flavor Injector filled with the mixture leave enough to coat the turkey with.
Submerge the turkey in the hot oil and continue to cook 'til internal temp. hits 180 degrees, about 45 minutes or less.(Chef Mark's Notes) You may want to cook the turkey to a temperature of 165 to 170
Remove and enjoy the most crispy and moist Turkey you've ever cooked!!
