Chile Lime Marinated Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients:

  • 4 each Swordfish Steaks 8oz each
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 each lime, juice and zest
  • 1 Tbs. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 Tbs. chile powder
  • 1 Tbs. garlic, chopped, fresh
  • 1 Tbs. cilantro, chopped, fresh
  • to taste, salt and pepper

Instructions and Comments:

In a small mixing bowl, make a marinade by combining the vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice and zest, crushed red pepper, chile powder, garlic and cilantro. Marinade the swordfish for 1 hour. Fire up the Grill!! When the grill is good and hot cook the steaks on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve on a bed of Black Beans and Rice. Top with 1/2 cup of Fire Grilled Pineapple Salsa
