Ingredients:

- 2 cups watermelon -- diced
- 1/2 cup onion -- diced
- 4 ounces green chiles -- diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice -- fresh squeezed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt -- or to taste
Instructions and Comments:
In glass-mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chips. Mix well. Chill
overnight. Serve Salsa in a bowl on a large platter surrounded by chips.
Serve with white and blue tortilla chips.
