Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients:

    Serving Size : 8
  • 2 cups watermelon -- diced
  • 1/2 cup onion -- diced
  • 4 ounces green chiles -- diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice -- fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt -- or to taste

Instructions and Comments:

In glass-mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chips. Mix well. Chill overnight. Serve Salsa in a bowl on a large platter surrounded by chips. Serve with white and blue tortilla chips.
