Ingredients:
- 3 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1.5 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 4 Tbs Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 5 each Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 tea Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tbs Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1.5 Tbs Cornstarch
- 3 Tbs Water
Instructions and Comments:
Combine all ingredients except the cornstarch and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine the cornstarch and water and mix to remove any lumps. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mix to the simmering liquid. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice, or use cold as a marinade.
