Fire Grilled Corn

Ingredients:

  • 4 each ears of corn, shucked
  • 4 Tbs whole butter, room temperature
  • 1.5 Tbs chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbs chile powder
  • 2 tea ground cumin
  • 1 tea kosher salt
  • 1 tea ground black pepper

Instructions and Comments:

Mix together the butter with the chopped garlic and spices. Smear the butter onto the corn, be sure to coat the whole ear. Save the left over seasoned butter for basting. Grill the corn on the back yard grill! Turn the corn frequently, basting with every turn. When the corn is golden brown, you are good to go! Serve with your favorite BBQ dishes.
