Pecan Baked Brie with Fig and Wild Berries

Ingredients:

    Recipe Serves 4 people
  • 4 each Individual Brie
  • 1/4 cup Whole Peacns
  • 1 bunch Red Grapes
  • 1 pint Strawberries
  • 1 pint Blackberries
  • 1 pint Raspberries
  • 4 each Fresh Fig
  • 1 to 2 tButter
  • 1/8 cup Brown Sugar
  • Specialty Bread to Serve 4 people.

Instructions and Comments:

Cut the grapes into 4 equal portions and place on the your serving plate. Arrange the assorted berries nicely on each plate. You don't have to use them all.. Cut the Fig into half and place as shown. Melt the butter in a small pot, combine the brown sugar and stir until the two are incorporated. Keep it warm! Place equal amounts of the sugar mix on each brie. Followed by equal amounts of the pecans. Press the pecans into the sugar. Place the cheese on a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet. In a 350 degree oven, bake until the brie itself starts to expand and the sugar seems to be melted
