Ingredients:
- Ground Black Pepper 1 Tbsp
- Ground Cumin 1 Tbsp
- Ground Coriander 1 Tbsp
- Paprika 2 teaspoon
- Granulated Garlic 1 Tbsp
- Onion Powder 1.5 teaspoon
- Mustard Powder 2 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper 1 Tbsp
- Dried Thyme 1 Tbsp
- Dried Mexican Oregano 2 teaspoon
- Kosher Salt 1 Tbsp
Method for Spice Madness:
- Combine all ingredients and keep in an air tight container.
Common Uses and other info:
- Coat seafood, meats, and chicken with this spice mix, and cook in a well seasoned cast iron skillet. The Skillet should be hotter than the red plannet, add just a little oil and then the meat. Sear on both sides. For bigger cuts of meat, sear the meat then place it in an oven to finish cooking.
