Ingredients:
- White Sesame Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Black Sesame Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Nori (seaweed) 1 teaspoon, shredded
- Chile Powder 4 teaspoon
- Poppy Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Sichuan Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Kosher Salt 2 teaspoons
Method for Spice Madness:
- In a food processor, combine all spices and chop until the Sesame Seeds are starting to break apart. Careful not to go too long, you want it to be a little coarse. For a variation, add some orange zest to the spice. The Japanese use a dried citrus peel, I find it a bit grity so I leave it out.

- Use this stuff as you would a pepper shaker when making or eating almost any Japanese Food.
